Gummies
Here’s a simple Mullein Gummies recipe to help support respiratory health and boost immunity!
Ingredients:
✔ 2 cups water
✔ 2 tbsp dried mullein leaves (or flowers)
✔ 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
✔ 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for flavor and vitamin C boost)
✔ 3 tbsp gelatin (or agar-agar for a vegan option)
Instructions:
1. Make Mullein Tea
In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the dried mullein and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove plant fibers.
2. Mix in Sweetener & Lemon
Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice while the tea is warm.
3. Add Gelatin (or Agar-Agar)
Let the tea cool slightly but still warm.
Slowly whisk in the gelatin (or agar-agar) until fully dissolved.
4. Pour into Molds
Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds or a shallow dish.
Let it cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then transfer to the fridge.
5. Set & Enjoy!
Let the gummies set for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Once firm, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
💡 Tip: If using agar-agar, simmer the mixture for another 2–3 minutes before pouring into molds, as it needs heat to activate.
